Good news from . The Children’s Funeral Fund for England is being launched today. This means that grieving families will no longer have to meet burial or cremation fees.

No one should be faced with aggressive tactics when facing crippling debt. We’re going to make body-worn cameras compulsory for private bailiffs to: * protect those in debt * act as a deterrent for bad practice * ensure complaints can be investigated properly

Today, we laid draft legislation to give separated migrant children easier access to legal aid in immigration and citizenship matters. Support for these vulnerable children will now be quicker and easier to access. Find out more here:
