its just a themed prop for the tank range: From Drivetanks - the range (including this building) are German ww2 theme. The German half track sitting out front as well. This is for our American Sherman tank to roll into the range and take out the "German encampment".

Not 100% sure why the symbol is on the shed. I think the D20 was a WW2 soviet gun. It’s certainly not put there in support of then nazi regime or deeds. DriveTanks also have lots old weapons and other tanks from Allied/Nazi forces in a museum and it’s in no way supporting nazis
