Jeremy Corbyn thinks that Hezbollah are dedicated to peace, social justice and political justice. What that means is that he supports Hezbollah. He thinks they're good.

Cannot praise enough for his campaign exposing the true nature of If really practiced anti-racism they would have ousted their chair for his repeated appearances on same show. Instead they came out and supported him.

You never spoke a kind word to me. Many of your Labour colleagues did: they recognised a working class girl in a heavily male Commons. You didn’t cos I wasn’t one of your committed Marxists, so I didn’t exist.

It's painful to see Labour moderates bullying those Labour people who have been forced out of the Party, or who have had the courage to leave. They themselves are getting humiliated by the Corbynites, who they are protecting; and they punch down in an effort to show loyalty.

You want to make an issue of precisely what it was you were boasting about, as if anybody cares. But you completely concede the key point, that you say that Jews opposing antisemitism is analogous to the history of white mobs murdering black men in the American South.

Yes. Sit in the rotten barrel, amongst the increasing number of stinking rotting putrid apples. I've been there. I know what it's like. I know the relentless humiliation and loyalty tests. I know how it made me begin to rot. And insist that your barrel is the only decent one.

I don't think it's self-interested behaviour. If he was interested in keeping his safe seat, he'd have stayed with Labour. He got things wrong 3 years ago which he has now put right? OK. He's not the problem. The Labour Party is the problem. The Tories are scary. Farage too.

Quite extraordinary. This is C21st. It is not merely illiberal but tyrannical to require a woman to bring to term a foetus of 13 weeks when she does not wish to do so.

This is spot on by : there’s nothing that did that hasn’t done himself, and that’s why nothing will happen.

That's as maybe, Stephen, but at least he had the guts to try to do something about the culture of extremism and racism that's poisoned the party under Jeremy Corbyn, instead of supinely campaigning for Labour victories at any price, as you did in Peterborough, for example.

We need an anti-totalitarian movement which can organise the defence of our democracy against the Stalinist populists of the left and the isolationist populists of the right. Chuka is doing what he can to help build that. The Labour Party is part of the problem not the solution.

The problem isn't any of these bad apples. The problem is the barrel.
