I came to this conclusion myself- even though it wasn’t my original intent. It’s a means to an end. :) Great write-up.

I try to go to bed between 9–10PM. I end up averaging 7–8 hours of sleep M-F. On Sat and Sunday, I sleep extra.

I use a pen and pad. Very simple. My process is pray before I write, focus on my goals and current ideas. Sometimes I’ll write experiences.
