The breakfast buffet was by far the best we had during our Israel trip. The location of the hotel to the Old City was great. The Mamilla was not nearly as stuffy as the Citadel.

The gym was not ready during our stay.

Perfect location. Easy walk to Jaffa Gate. Near shopping plaza. Staff very sweet, try to be helpful and give personal attention.Reception staff is first rate.

Disappointing breakfast buffet, compared to other hotel's Israeli breakfast. Not that it was bad, but given the level of this hotel, would have expected breakfast at least on par with other "lesser" hotels, and it was not at all.

This is a luxurious hotel where they look after your every need. The rooms, property and dining are outstanding. I love the design and incredible detail they have put forth into every aspect of it. It was a complete joy to stay there. We loved it so much we extended our stay.

The only thing I can say negative about the Mamilla is that wi fi should be included for the price and also considering the very high standard they have set in their property. I found paying $ 20 a day strange for the cost of the rooms and the level of service they provide. I think they should modify this policy

The hotel, which is in a prime location, is beautifully designed with attention to every detail. The staff is very pleasant and helpful, the food is excellent, the towels are top quality, etc..

Far too expensive for what you get: our room, which was rather small, faced the noisy street, the bathroom was inadequate: cramped and impractical.

Beautiful hotel at good location near the old city.

The kosher food and old bread that is served to everybody on sabbath. For an international hotel there should be an alternative kitchen available .

Great hotel, design and very corteous staff. Very goog localization.

The inside swimming pool is cold (any way who goes to Jerusalen to go to the swimming pool?). But any way, after a whole day of walking, teh swiiming pool could be warmer and opened till more late.

The location - near Old City - Yaffa Gate and on the pedestrian Mall - is very good.The breakfast is very reach and good. The room is large. The design of the whole hotel is very modern and beautiful. In the room are some very interesting books. The windows give high protection against noises.

There are some little things that did not exist in the room: coffee maker, a magnifier mirror in the bathroom, a digital clock with big leds. There are only two glasses.

The bottle of water in the room (free of charge) is only renewed every three days.

front desk staff was great and very accomodating . can't beat the location. great shower beds a little stiff
