A lovely hotel in a great location.

Did not supply instant coffe for the coffe making unit in the room. Yet, they served instant coffe for breakfast.

due to the early departure asked for simple/small breakfast before official breakfast time; nothing was done to accommodate us

In general a very nice hotel. Modern rooms with nice design in orange and dark brown and with flatscreen TV, fridge and water cooker. Well functioning air condition. Big and nice bathroom with bathtub. The location is very good, in the centre of Larnaca, very close to the seaside promenade, just by the St. Lazarus church, which is probably the nicest sight (placed on a very cosy square) in Larnaca. Decent breakfast buffet and helpful hotel staff. Free internet access in the rooms through cable (cable can be borrowed from the reception for a small depositum which is fully refunded when the cable is returned), free wireless internet in the lobby. Excellent value for money. The restaurant on the other side of the road is worth trying.

It is a fully non-smoking hotel, but some rooms have a light smell of tobacco. I assume these are the rooms that were smoking rooms before. This is not very disturbing anyway, unless you are very senistive to unpleasant smells.

So close to the high activity along the water front. Step out the door and you are a block or so from an extensive shopping area of the old city.

Good location

Hotel staff need to have more knowledge about the local area, what there is to see and do, and the transportation options available. Having bus timetables available would be benefical as the bus system is easy to use and cheap even for getting from town to town.

Its very clean and the rooms are big enough. Nice people and helpfull.

Internet conection was not working in the room at the first floor. we were moved the next day at the second floor and it worked fine (cable). wireless in lobby also working fine. close to the beach and restaurants.

We have found LCH to be very comfortable and convenient when visiting Larnaca. The staff are excellent and with the new renovations LCH offers excellent value for your money. Given the close proximity to the airport, Larnaca & LCH makes for an excellent base from where to visit all Cyprus. We will continue to use LCH whenever visiting Cyprus. We very much appreciated the extended delayed check-out.

Maybe a double bed with a single in the "triple" package.

it was a perfect stay and sure i will repeat it again , livadhiotis is the best hotel in larnaca wich i advice it for all.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good price and good location.The hotel is very close to the sea (1 minutes on foot). If you go there eat at panos steak house Restaurant (1-2 minutes on foot from the hotel,situated on the Larnaca seafront), order Cyprus Meze 16.75 eur (for two persons), the food is excellent. Another good restaurant Alexander (1-2 minutes on foot from the hotel,situated on the Larnaca seafront) order pork ribs on the grill with sauce.

A bit noisy during the night because of the cars and the motorcycle but you get used to it after first day.

Central location ideal; close to sea, bars and restaurants yet quiet rooms. Interesting view from windows. Balcony added extra dimension - enjoyed having coffee out there late at night. Good buffet breakfast at hotel.

The staff was helpful and personable. The breakfast was great. The access to restaurants, shopping, the seaside, and a relaxing time was lovely.

The wi-fi was only in the lobby and in-room internet access required a 10Euro deposit to use an ethernet cable, of which they were out. If I had needed internet access, I would have been inconvenienced. But it was a nice break from life online and helped us enjoy the seaside and nifty locale.

The location is excellent, very close to the restaraunts, the fort and the Saint Lazarus church.

We liked the central location for all outside facilities. This is the third time we have stayed there over a period of 15 months. We find it value for money, the breakfast choice is excellent and the staff are kind and courtious.

The only thing I have to complain about is that the advertised sattelite Tv is not really what you would expect. It is very limited, for English speaking people BBC World news is about it. My speaks arabic so she did find one cooking programme. There are no movies Etc.

The location of the hotel, near the main spots of interest in Larnaka, the room, the kindness and efficiency of the staff, the breakfast.

I did like everything in Livadhiotis City Hotel.

They didn't change towels and sheets in 4 nights, the breakfast buffet was not rich
