Collaborate with your whole Team. Go Pro if you need to share work.
Or use Lingo for free if you’re looking to build a visual library just for you.
Pro accounts are great for individuals, freelancers, and groups of friends. Pro users can create unlimited kits and add guests to each kit who can access the assets within it.
Teams are good for companies, organizations and startups. Team members can create new kits and have full access to any of the team's existing kits.
You can easily invite other people to be members or guests of your team and control the amount of access they are given. Team members can become Admins and guests can be given editing access. It all depends on your needs.
Team MembersTeam members can automatically access any kits that exist within a team, unlike guests that need to be invited to each kit individually. Team members can join and leave kits whenever they need to.
Admin AccessA team member's role can be set to Admin, via the Dashboard, allowing them to create new kits for the team, archive and delete unnecessary kits, invite guests to a kit or new team members to the team.
GuestsGuests are people you invite to a single kit, in which they can automatically view and download assets within that kit. Unlike team members, guests cannot view every kit within a team, only the individual kits they are added to.
Editing AccessIf editing permissions are enabled, via the Dashboard, guests can contribute to the kit by adding or editing assets.
You can invite people to your team by sharing a team link found on your team dashboard. Anyone who uses that link will have access as a team member by default.
You can also invite new team members by entering their emails on the dashboard. They will recieve a one time invitation link via email to have access to your team.

Assets added to Lingo are copied to your Application Support folder. Each kit can also be uploaded to our servers so you can share and collaborate with others.
Lingo transfers assets to and from our servers using SSL with TLS v1.2 and forward secrecy. Assets are stored on our servers using AES-256 encryption.
We recommend enabling Apple's FileVault if you require assets to be encrypted on your own computer.
(Lingo versions 1.0 and 1.0.1 transfer files using SSL with TLS v1.1 or later.)
Lingo uses the clipboard and standard file formats such as PNG and PDF to send content. It works with most applications including Sketch, Keynote, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
