I have once again the pleasure to guest design for Gerda Steiner Designs and this time I have for you a one layer card using the funny and sweet Llama tell you stamp set. I love it! It’s got my sense of humour and a good variety of images to make fun scenes.
For my card today I created a desert scene for some reason it fit with the cactuses although I am not sure Llamas live there haha I used masking paper to created a one layer card and then I coloured my images with alcohol markers.
Here is the video which I hope you will enjoy!
I will let you in on a little secret – this is how the card looked like previously …
welcome to the 12th and last day of the 12 days of Christmas card series 2016! I am so excited that I managed to finish all 12 cards in time (even though this post is coming live late :P)
I hope you enjoyed the series and liked the cards and card ideas this year!
I hope you are having a wonderful Christmas and you got the chance to spend it with your family!
I would like to thank you all for your amazing support throughout this year! I cannot believe how fast it went! I also would like to let you know that you gave me the biggest gift of them all 5 k subscribers on my YouTube channel!
It means the world to me that you keep enjoying my video into which I put my heart and soul! Cardmaking is more than a hobby to me it is a passion that I carry with me throughout the day every day. I try to craft as much as I can but I always have ideas and try to share with you them all. Thank you for being there for me and your wonderful comments and most of all THANK YOU FOR WATCHING! You have been a great audience and I will not disappoint you this upcoming year!
So for now here is the video for the last card:
I did some heat embossing and ink blending in cool colours as opposed to the 11th card where colours were warm. I sprinkled some pearlised water and added a sentiment from an awesome stamp set from Mama Elephant – Retro Labels.
a late post – apologies ! – although I hope you were able to watch the video which was posted a couple of days ago. It was very chaotic around here with the Christmas preparations and a 7 month old baby plus my husband was working every day until the 24th so busy, busy, busy!
For the day 11 of the 12 days of Christmas card series this year I have create a non traditional card with soft warm colours and some embossed with dies snowflakes.
Welcome to the day 10 of the 12 days of Christmas card series!
Tpday I have for you a pretty quick to assemble interactive card using an action wobbler!
I think action wobbler is a fun way of adding an interactive element in your cards! I added mine under a present 🙂 Here is the video tutorial of how to put a card like this together, I hope you will enjoy it!
Day 8 of the 12 days of Christmas card series 2016!
Today I would like to share with you this triple spinner card using Lawn Fawn stitched snowflakes dies and glitter!
My first time playing with glitter and I cannot say there will be many more haha it was everywhere! Randomest places like in my baby’s hair o.O
I hope you will enjoy the video process and just remember if you don’t want to get messy there is always an option of glitter paper instead of applaying glitter yourself! Much quicker and cleaner way 🙂
