Discounts are a great way to offer enticing deals to your guests—and help fill your place faster. There are different kinds of discounts and promotions available, but only one offer can be applied per stay.

Available discounts and promotions

You can set, edit, or delete any available discounts and promotions for your listing from your calendar, under Pricing. Available offers may include:

• New listing promotion: When you have a new listing, you can offer a 20% discount on your first 3 bookings
• Custom promotion: If your listing has at least 3 bookings, you can offer a custom promotion—just choose your dates and your discount
• Length-of-stay discounts: Give guests a discount for booking longer stays. You can discount by the week, month, or a custom time frame that you create using rule-sets
• Early-bird discounts: Add a discount for booking further in advance
• Last-minute discounts: Reduce your nightly price as the check-in date gets closer
