To collect your tickets at a box office you will need to bring the following:

  -  The Visa card used to make the purchase – If you used the Rio 2016 Virtual Payment solution, you need to bring a copy of the virtual card you received by email.
  -  A valid, government-issued photo ID.
  -  Confirmation email with customer number and order number.

If someone else is picking up your order:

If you want to authorise someone else to pick up your tickets for you, they will need to bring a notarise power-of-attorney, which can be downloaded here, together with the following:

  -  A copy of the purchaser’s government-issued photo ID.
  -  Your own government-issued photo ID.
  -  Confirmation email with customer number and order number

Attention:
  -  Only the specific tickets specified in the power-of-attorney document may be collected.
  -  The power-of-attorney document will be retained by Rio 2016.
