Great location, nice rooms and excellent services

A little noisy from the street noise.

Extremely attractive and comfortable renovated boutique-sized hotel in a very convenient area of Victoria. Large well-designed room, congenial staff, well-priced. Highly recommended.

The hotel was advertised as a boutique hotel and came across as that. The decor was very tasteful especially as the rooms have been newly renovated. Good coffee bar and excellent wine bar. Did not have the opportunity to dine there. Highly recommended. The staff are especially friendly and helpful.

I We found no fault. It was what we were looking for.

Terrific boutique hotel - in a historic building but very well restored. Hotel staff was excellent - Maureen at the front desk checked us in and she was helpful, provided excellent customer service and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend for a stay in Victoria.

Beautiful room, very clean. Great restaurant and coffee shop, delicious food. Very attentive and accommodating staff. I would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have bottled water in the rooms.

The Venetian decorations throughout the hotel are really beautiful.

The hotel is a refreshing experience. Apparently it was completely renovated in the past few years and it shows it. The staff is completly engaged from the fron desk to the cafe to the cleaning staff. My room was on the top (4th) floor. Apparently the internet access is troublesome and I experienced one period where I could not access the internet. The staff told me they are aware of the problem. I booked for one night and stayed a second night. The front desk was extremely helpful in guideing me to the various must see places in Victoria and Butchart Gardens. Even suggested taking the express bus across the street to Butchart, a huge savings vs. the garden tour. As a result, I had a fabulous experience for my first visit to Victoria. I am staying with my sister in Coupeville, WA on Whidbey Island. She may go there at some point in the future and will plan to stay at the Rialto because of my favourable experience.

Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. Nice comfy beds and good linens. Lovely toiletries.

The room was too small and the carpets were really old.

It was too cold in the room, but staff was really helpful and provided a heater change the situation to much better!!

Extremely comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Bar/resto stylish with interesting cocktail selection. The staff were pleasant and efficient.

Carpets in the hallways were dark and very 80's looking.
