2. After paying, you’ll be redirected to a Calendly to schedule a Zoom-session.

3. Check your email for the meeting invitation and email reminders sent by Calendly.com with a direct link to your Zoom session

4. Download Zoom on your device (or search for Zoom Workplace on App Store or Google Play)

5. Be prepared and ready to join the meeting five minutes ahead of the scheduled time

Our consultations are billed based on reserved time blocks. Refunds are not provided for unused time, even if your session concludes early. This is because our experts allocate the entire time block exclusively to your needs, setting aside other commitments. Any remaining time from your session is often utilized to further assist with your account recovery through additional research, documentation, or email support.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do it at least 24 hours before the meeting to be eligible for a full refund. If you wish to change the date or timing, use the reschedule link in the Calendly email you have received. You can make changes up to six hours before the session starts. Sadly, we can’t offer a refund or reschedule for free if you miss your appointment. Our team of professionals reserve a complete hour for your appointment. In the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, our team must still be compensated for their time. Additionally, please note that if you are unable to join the Zoom call within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will have to be concluded.

One-Off Sessions

If you miss a scheduled session but still require our expertise, you can rebook at any time. For the missed session, we’ll offer a 50% refund when you schedule a new appointment.

Full Packages

For full recovery, removal, or blackmail plans, if you miss one session, it will be considered completed without additional charges if you continue with the service. However, if you request a refund, the missed session will be charged at the full hourly rate of $99.

If you miss two sessions, you will be required to cover the cost of operations for the next meeting, which is $49, and any missed session will still be charged at the $99 rate per missed session if requesting a refund.

If you start with a one-off session for $149 and later upgrade to a full package, the initial $149 payment will be fully refunded as part of the upgrade. However, if you book two or more one-off sessions (first at $149 and then at $99), only the first $149 payment will be refunded, while the $99 payment(s) will remain non-refundable. This policy offers flexibility for clients who wish to try a single session before committing to a full package.

It is hard to define how many remote sessions your specific issue requires. On average, you would need two to five sessions. However, some problems are fixed during your first remote session! Typical length of a recovery ranges from one day up to three months.
