Commentaires : Liine is a great business and they provide a great product, as well as exceptional customer service. Many of our clients and our internal team constantly have questions regarding how to set up or use the software and they are always quick to answer or help troubleshoot.

Avantages :

Liine is a great business development tool for practices who are focusing on improving lead performance, conversion rates, customer service, etc. Since most of the software is automated, it saves the practice time, which I know is a big deal for many busy, small businesses. I haven't seen a similar product that is as accessible in the market as Liine is.

Inconvénients :

Since the product is so unique, there is a learning curve. Most of our customers are not great with technology in general, so it becomes difficult for them to learn and understand the software and how to properly use it so they can receive the maximum benefits from it.

Commentaires : FUN, easy and supportive way to develop staff while tracking business results.

Avantages :

The features were very useful and intuitive. You are able to look up individual staff member performance and progress as well as team productivity. ADDITIONALLY, I love the personal support provided at any time I had an issue or question. All the staff I interacted with at Liine were friendly and always available to support what was needed.

Inconvénients :

It provides so much detailed information that sometimes it could be difficult to know where to look first.

Incredible software for lead management

Commentaires : I cannot say enough great things about Liine. I have very high expectations when it comes to lead management platforms, and Liine has blown me away. Their platform is incredibly smart and user friendly. We have been able to really drill down where our leads are coming from, what our ROI is with certain social media platforms, and also using it as a coaching opportunity for our employees who need help with converting since Liine is able to record all calls. I have recommended them to other colleagues.And their service is unlike anything out there. Their team is fun, engaging and respond instantly to our inquiries. I truly recommend them!!

Avantages :

Very easy to use!!! And the service is fantastic

Inconvénients :

Integration with our current system but other then that , I can’t think of any

Avantages :

I like that texts are able to be easily located by guest name. I also like that there are two categories for texts that have been opened, but not responded to.

Inconvénients :

I wish there was an easier way to change automated messages or auto filled messages.

Liine is a great lead management tool

Commentaires : The product is delivering on high expectations. The onboarding team was great and ongoing support is responsive and friendly.

Avantages :

- Automated call backs for lead forms enable us to connect very quickly with leads and customers- Extensive data capture and analytical tools make it possible to uncover a lot of business insights- Easy call monitoring

Inconvénients :

There aren't any serious cons to using Liine. Its focus is primarily on converting new leads so tracking additional conversions from existing customers is not its strength. There's a learning curve to navigating and getting to the reporting you're after, but there is so much data available it can help identify lots opportunities for operational improvement. It would be nice to have more options re: exporting data or reports.
