Great System for Great Value
Commentaires : Support team is fantastic! The intro of chat support in the system has been amazing to quickly answer any questions we have on the fly.
Avantages :
Its a fantastic system to get through leads fast and when you want to instill a very specific process of how your leads should be managed. Very simple to use and easy to learn. The ideology of clearing the screen makes it very easy to communicate that to new hires as well as look to see at the performance of the team at a glance.
Inconvénients :
User reporting needs improvement and integrations with other systems would make looking at data easier.

We do have several initiatives underway to add more integrations and a new lead prioritization screen that will allow you to look at your lead data in a whole new way. Commentaires : The reminders and workflows make working with potential clients seamless.
Avantages :
SalesExec is very simple to use. Even someone who has never used a CRM has learned how to use it in short time. The display is simple and not cluttered. The support behind the product is incredible. Whenever we submit an inquiry we have a response quickly with a resolution in a very timely manner.
Inconvénients :
There are a few items that I wish the end user could customize instead of having to have someone from SalesExec involved.

overall, I like it.
Commentaires : the process and way it generates leads is pretty helpful seeing that I'm not savvy when it comes to that side of things, especially when it comes to the price of leads. the options they give helps to narrow things down so you can get the best leads for your budget.
Avantages :
I love the look of the software, its organized and once you get familiar with how it works and you use it correctly I'm pretty sure you will see improvements
Inconvénients :
Considering what I was using before, this was a big improvement on it so its hard for me to complain. Going through the setup is a tiny bit challenging, but I am sure that's just a me thing.

Great experience with SalesExec software and staff
Commentaires : We have been able to streamline our leads distribution, leads transferring, and reporting while cutting down significantly the time between receiving the customer's lead and contacting them which has improved our lead to show conversion rates.
Avantages :
The expansiveness and customization capabilities. Our company had unique and specific lead management and workflow requirements that were 100% being administered manually before migrating over to SaleExec. SalesExec's team and account representative 'worked with our management team and mostly took our entire manual process and automated it within SalesExec.
Inconvénients :
Would like to see more integrations with other software and saas solutions moving forward.

Used for call center
Commentaires : It's been great for our call center. Leads are called quickly and it has really just saved us a ton of time and money. Being able to hire less people and make them more productive has been a huge help to our call center
Avantages :
It is very easy to use and saves my team a ton of time. Lots of smart features so you don't have to worry about if it's the right time to call or how often you should call. You set the parameters and the system feeds you the leads.
Inconvénients :
Lack of reporting functionality. My support team has been really good at trying to get us what we need, but the lack of reporting functionality is holding us back a little

We know we are a little behind in our release since our beta for our call solution but we anticipate these reports being released by next week.
