Somebody told me Dada is almost always the baby’s first word. Is it true? What was your first word?
Before our baby arrived, I was super conscious about not buying pink things just because we were having a girl. This resulted in weirdly huge amount of black/white/grey clothing. And people would mistaken her for a boy all the time. I told myself I shouldn’t be bothered by it, but I kinda was. So I went and bought a bunch of dresses and headbands. But I found that she was more comfortable in just onesies and pants (napping in a dress is not easy.) So now we’re right back where we were.
