Why do you charge money?

We think far too many services focus on getting lots of members first, with little or no consideration to how they’ll keep everything running. Exposure is something we’ve wanted for such a long time, and we intend for it to be around for many years. We want to make sure that we’re always able to focus on building the best tool possible instead of figuring out how to keep the lights on. We simply wouldn’t want to use a service that could disappear tomorrow or, worse, shoves ads in our faces.

How do subscriptions work?

Once you're an Exposure subscriber, we automatically bill your card every month or year (depending on your chosen plan) until you decide to cancel, which you can do from your billing dashboard. We also send you receipts for each payment automatically, as well as billing reminders.

I don't have a debit or credit card. Can I still pay for a subscription?

Right now we’re only able to accept credit and debit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

Is it easy to cancel a subscription?

Really easy. No need to email us or anything like that. You can do that from your billing dashboard.

Can I get a refund?

If for whatever reason you’re unhappy with the Exposure service, while we’d be sorry to hear it, we completely understand. If you downgrade from a paid account, you’re entitled to a refund in full within 30 days of subscribing. Yearly plans receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your service.

Please note that free accounts are limited to three published stories, and if you have more than three, they’ll be automatically unpublished once you cancel.

My coupon doesn’t work with the Basic plan.

We’re only able to honor coupon codes for the Pro and Business plans.
