The EBU and Host Broadcaster KAN are looking forward to welcoming you to the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest in Tel Aviv, Israel. Here you can find the most important information you need to know when working on-site.

In Tel Aviv

Please note that access to the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest premises is restricted to accredited individuals.

More details about the Opening Ceremony (Sunday 12 May), the EuroClub and the Eurovision Village will be made available in the days to come.

Transportation

Your first visit

Opening hours of the Accreditation Centre:

  • Friday 3 May: 8:00 to 16:00

  • Saturday 4 May to 18 May: 8:00 to 20:00

Picking up your accreditation badge:

  • A shuttle stop is located at the Rokach Boulevard, in front of University train station;

  • The accredited press and fans entrance to the Expo Tel Aviv is Gate 1 (Itzik Ramba Street), down the road from the shuttle stop. After crossing Gate 1, please note that you are not yet within the secured area of the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest;

  • Pick up your accreditation badge at the Accreditation Center, a short walking distance from Gate 1 (close to Pavilion 11). Please remember to bring your passport and signed pick-up voucher, to save time during the pick-up process. You can download the voucher from your Accredion dashboard;

  • Once you have picked up your badge, please proceed through security at the Press Center Security Check, nearby the Accreditation Center (on your way to the Press Center). Once crossing it, you are within the secured area;

  • The Press Center is a short walking distance from security. This year, it is comprised of three adjacent buildings: Pavilion 11 (Welcome Desk, Common Lounge and Working Area for journalists), Pavilion 12 (bookable Interview Rooms) and Pavilion 13 (Press Conferences Room).

Artwork

Media may use the logo and theme artwork in editorial context only, following the guidelines. Commercial use is strictly prohibited, unless explicitly authorised by the EBU. Logo and artwork downloads are available on the Brand page.

Photo downloads

High-resolution images are available free of charge. Tese images may only be used by media for editorial purpose. You can find the images in our Photo galleries (each image features a download link at the bottom).

It is mandatory to credit the photographer in accordance with the copyright information provided with each image.

Photo pool access

There are two photographer pools available at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest:

  • Pool A provides access to a fixed pool position during the live shows, and is only available for a small number of international press/photo agencies, selected by the EBU. For access, please contact [email protected].

  • Pool B provides access to the stage after each live show, and is only available for one photographer per participating country, selected by the respective Participating Broadcasters. For access, please contact your broadcaster’s Head of Press. All pool photographers must be accredited to the event.

Video footage

Video material from the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest is only available for Participating Broadcasters and EVN Members through the respective internal platforms.

Media may embed videos from the official YouTube channel of the Eurovision Song Contest using YouTube's standard embed functionality.
