EU migrant relocations proceeding slowly

EU states have so far taken 4,140 migrants from Greece and 1,156 from Italy, the European Commission said on Thursday, one month after it said "almost 4,000 people" had been relocated. The commission said 221 people had left Greece on Tuesday in the biggest ever daily move, and 57 on Wednesday. States are committed to relocating 160,000 people over two years.
