As a long time (very clumsy) T-Mobile customer, I've had my fair share of experiences with T-Mobile stores, employees, and small phone repair shops. Therefore I can say with confidence that T-Mobile Simply Prepaid is by far the best spot to take care of all your needs!
I've visited the shop more times than I'd like to admit for everything from setting up a new service plan, to getting my iPhone speakers replaced, to fixing baby puke related water damage, to replacing (several) broken screens, and they have never disappointed!

Hyo is the manager and has helped me out the most. He's always so friendly and accommodating when I come in with a problem, and is very knowledgable and patiently answers any questions that I have. The only downfall is that he's a Dallas Cowboys fan.. hehehee just kidding :p

Any who, I've recommended many of my friends and family members to here also, and they too always leave happy. They're available for you to pay your phone bills, get new plans and phones, and fix phones so it's pretty much a one stop shop!
Will definitely keep coming back.

Facilities were nice and clean not spacious but boutique but nice views plenty of natural light. Massage ok and gratuity is a lot which is calculated for you, not great.

So I went here on my recent trip to Honolulu. I had no idea about the political issue. I just heard it was good so I thought I would go. It was awesome. I usually do not partake in carbs but since it was the holidays my husband convinced me to go. I just went for it and had pasta with marinara. OMG! Good lord who needs sex! It was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Next time I'm in honolulu I will have a hard time staying carb free.
