Begin Road

Begin Road, and on the right: Azrieli Center
Begin Road is a major thoroughfare in Tel Aviv, Israel. It begins at Allenby Street and runs to its northern end which is at HaRakevet Interchange on Ayalon Highway.
There is one interchange along Begin Road: The kaplan Interchange, located near Azrieli Center and Tel Aviv HaShalom Railway Station, two lanes in each direction pass in a Tunnel under Kaplan Street.
Another interchange, the ma'ariv bridge, was demolished August 21st, 2015, as part of the works to build the Carlebach station of the Tel Aviv Light Rail.
The road is named after Menachem Begin. Previously it was known as Petah Tikva road.
