Lovely accommodation. Clean. Small kitchen with enough equipment to prepare breakfast or a simple meal. Very clean bathroom with lovely shower. Very clean bedding. Mattress in one of the rooms for us slightly on the hard side. Quietly located in the back of the building overlooking a courtyard. Little noise from the street. Curtains do not completely darken. I think the rooms will be very bright in the summer. This is not a problem in February. Daniel is quick to communicate with and friendly. For us, it was the ideal location to explore Paris in a few days.

We loved staying in Daniel’s apartment! The location is a few steps from the metro stop, right in the heart of Paris. The apartment was always quiet and really looked like the photos. I always felt safe. The apartment itself is beautiful with classic French details and beautiful, clean furniture and a renovated bathroom/kitchen. It was perfect for our family of 3 with a lovely spacious and clean interior. The host was amazing. I have never had a better host on Airbnb. Thanks to Daniel and his team.
I highly recommend staying here and hope to return soon!

We loved staying at Daniel’s apartment! The location is steps away from la Concorde metro stop on Rue Royale, right in the heart of all the luxury shops. The entrance is set back from the street so the apartment was always quiet and really felt like a retreat. Always felt very safe and secure. The apartment itself is beautiful with classic French details and nice clean furniture and updated bathroom/kitchen. It was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of sleeping space. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back soon!

Charming apartment facing the inside of a courtyard of a larger building. Apartment is in a good location which seemed quiet and safe. There is room for a large family, especially with the 2 sofa beds. The king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable, one of the best I’ve slept in for an Airbnb.

We had a very nice stay. The bed was comfortable and the accommodation was clean. The host answered all my questions and was very patient with our plane delay/traffic delay. The street was quiet but all the streets around it were busy. A beautiful base for visiting the different districts of Paris.

The accommodation was very centrally located, so you could reach everything perfectly on foot or by metro. The communication was fast,good, and easy. Would book the place again!

Host was responsive. Rental exactly as described. Air conditioners were great for hot days. Close to everything in central Paris. Would rent again.
