I keep tubing every day but there’s just nothing really going on all that interesting. I don’t have a cable, just an antenna, so I don’t get Foxnews or CNN so I haven’t been able to watch the G-whatever riots in Hamburg. I have been in Hamburg once, that’s where I learned that when that pretty girl asks for just one, small drink, she’s a hooker looking for a $150 glass of colored water. Hamburg has at least 2 distinct red-light districts so the protestors and oligarchs both get some quality entertainment between bouts of destruction.

Mostly what I’m seeing is people trying to make sense of the senseless.

Trump’s speech in Poland and entire visit was awesome, so naturally lefties are freaking out. Whenever Obama looked like the feckless moron he is they freaked out to tell us that what we saw wasn’t what we saw. Now, they’re doing it in reverse with Trump. Whenever he does something presidential (he’s been doing that a lot, in between his 2 or 3 tweets a day that gets the media OUTRAGEDLY FREAKING OUT!!!!!!!) they have to make sure we know he’s not presidential.

And by “they”, I mean the media, the rest of the Democratic party and much of the GOP. All we have on our side is Trump and all he has on his side is us.

 

Which leads to this, The Media Depend On Trust And They’re Losing It!

It’s mostly stupid about how they keep making mistakes but they’re mistakes, with this utter stupidity.

The mainstream media has a trust problem with the public. Recent mistakes have given fuel for Trump, people in his administration, and supporters enough reason to show “Fake news!” The kind of errors made by Acosta and Tur only serve to further the distrust the public has for the media to the detriment of the public

Yeah, they’re not “errors”, they’re lies promulgated by liars trying to damage a POTUS they hate and if they damage America at home and abroad, that’s the price they’re willing to make us pay for not voting the way they wanted.

I’m rooting for CNN, the Wash Post and the NY Times to go out of business. All that will mean is that Foxnews becomes even more ‘centrist’ (read, leftist) and obviously the NY Post will pick up the Never-Trump lying baton, but at least we’ll have a little while of laughing at a bunch of ‘elite’ journolisters whining about how they have mortgages and we owe them a salary.

Ruminations on living in Tempe.

I don’t have internet yet so I’m using my phone’s wifi-hotspot deal and I used up all my bandwidth somehow so I’m at 2g until the 25th. I won’t use Cox, I don’t need that agita, so it’s Century link or my phone.

Living in Tempe reminds me a spread out Old Town except it’s not monolithically leftist. There are very good restaurants around here, I know an Ethiopian place that’s very good and even had a pizza billed as “NY Style” that was, GASP!, actually NY Style! The wings were good and they even have a 16″ one-topping, 10 wings and soda special. I couldn’t believe it when it showed up and it was actually….not bad! Almost like good NY pizza, there’s just not enough grease.

The dog is doing fine, he found a couple spots. I haven’t been sleeping in ‘my’ bedroom cuz I need a new bed, I’m sleeping on my single bed for the guest/gun/book room for now.

Meanwhile, the GOP lost their cover and might actually have to do what they’ve been elected to do because they’ve been promising to do it while the Democratic political/entertainment complex is going out of their freaking hive-mind.

They’re frothing at the mouth over the stupidest shit so much that nobody but committed partisans take them seriously anymore so he gets a freer pass than even Obama. Well, nearly as free as Obama, Obama could literally do anything and they’d ignore it, Trump gets two scoops of ice cream and they freak out. As if he would say, “I get two, you peasants get one! Bwahahahahahhahahahhaha!” while twirling his overcomb.

So I say, keep it up. Maybe in the future America will start to think about the people we’ve been giving so much power over our lives.

The best people we have in Congress could, possibly, maybe, be not too ridiculous for a Mel Brooks movie while the vast majority are only fit for Three Stooges or Laurel and Hardy movies. Maybe Marx Brothers.

Besides, the Dems have their crazed crew going out of their freaking minds and they’re not doing shit anymore than the GOP is. Man, I hate moving. I got a 5X8 trailer thinking I had less stuff. Which since I’m not bringing my bed I do, but I forgot the 4 bookcases that took up much of one load. The worst part is that they’re cheap Walmart bookcases so now 2, maybe 3 of them, are half-bookcases. They didn’t travel well.

I hate our media, the shooting of LaVoy Finicum looked very shady but since it was Obama’s Dept of “Justice” killing him, they were not interested. It looked shady to me and apparently, the Dept of “Justice” is actually investigating a crime committed by  Hillary’s Bitches in the FBI.

An FBI agent has been indicted on federal accusations that he lied about firing at Robert “LaVoy” Finicum last year as police arrested the leaders of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge occupation.

This asshole opened fire, guy tried to return fire and he got dead and this asshole walked.

I’m not saying it’s as bad as Waco and Ruby Ridge, but it was not pretty and Finicum should not be dead.

 

The other day I was surprised and thought maybe Vietnam wasn’t as murderously commie as I would expect, they’re still murderous commies though.

Caballero Game Ends!

I called Summit and told them they fucked me. I told them they need to give me a check for $3,000 to pay for putting the engine in a car, pulling the engine out of the car and putting it back into another car.

The rest of what I spent is my problem, but they really need to step up. In the FAQ section at Blueprint, they have this picture next to the question, Will it pass emissions?

I figured you just put a catalytic converter on and it passed emissions. That’s why I called Summit, so they make sure I didn’t spend $4k on the wrong engine.

I’m moving this week, too bad I don’t have a vehicle I could use to help move like a pick-up or an El Camino. My buddy has a pick-up but it’s in rough shape, I think I’ll have to rent something.

Speaking of Caballeroing, I talked to some people and then the mechanic who has my Caballero about changing the cam shaft.

Everybody knowledgeable, including the mechanic who after talking to me looked into it last week, say it’s a bad idea. Don’t screw with a brand-new performance engine, it’ll screw everything up. 

So….the Caballero is soon to be a shell without an engine. Possibly full of bullet holes. Maybe some buckshot, I do have a new shotgun I haven’t fired yet.

For its last tow I’m thinking of taking it on Apache Trail between Apache Lake and Roosevelt, they have good parking there! Some people have been parking there since there have been cars in AZ!

If you have a Sikorsky and want something from 100 or more years ago, they’re there for the taking! Hell, you might even find a 1979 Caballero if you wait a week or 70! (depending on whether it fucks with me as hard taking the engine out as it did putting it in)

I can either go back to either 62 or 57 to get a Chevy small block to fit without modifications (I’m trying to figure out the year) and only go up to 66 for emissions purposes.

GMs in that year range are expensive, ratty Chevelles with bad interior and bad exterior are $5k, forget about El Caminos.

The mechanic said he knows guy who could put it in something else. My buddy in VA says he can put a Chevy small block in anything, like a Miata, this guy says he knows some people who can do that.

I’m going to look for something pre-66, possibly a Ranchero, which is what I wanted anyway or I keep seeing a 65 Barracuda without an engine that needs a paint job an engine and trans. I have an engine and a trans! I’m not sure if a Chevy small block would destroy the value, but I don’t care at this point.

The Supreme Court is letting the Trump administration mostly enforce its 90-day ban on travelers from six mostly Muslim countries, overturning lower court orders that blocked it…

The court did leave one category of foreigners protected, those “with a credible claim of a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States,” the court said in an unsigned opinion. (emphasis me V)

When did the Supreme Court get a line-item veto? The POTUS doesn’t have that but they do?

And what the hell is a “credible claim of a bona fide…?”

I’ll tell you what it is, it’s a Lawyer Employment Decision. If it wasn’t they would have said, “Married or child or parent” or something specific. Or are they saying they’ll only let Vernon T. Waldrip in? He’s bona fide.

President Trump Has Now Signed 40 Pieces Of Legislation As He Moves To Enact His Agenda

Let’s see what ‘enacting his agenda’ means.

The bills include an act to improve weather forecasting, a long-term vision for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)

What? We’re dumping money on Global Warmmongers? Whose agenda is that? Hillary fucking Clinton’s, that’s who.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Transition Authorization Act of 2017 calls for a $19.5 billion budget for NASA — an increase from $19.3 billion in 2016 — and also asks that NASA create a plan for getting humans “near or on the surface of Mars in the 2030s.”

I can give you a plan for a lot less, get NASA out of space flight. If they still had shuttles working I’d feel differently, but now that they’ve spent years Muslim Outreaching and global warmmongering they have nothing to provide. Offer $500 million or $billion to the first one to reach Mars. That would save us tens of $billions while also getting us there 10-1,000 years earlier while ensuring we won’t just go there, drop off some crap and leave never to go back.

Fifteen of the 40 signed bills repeal Obama-era regulations. Examples of these regulations include a rule that made it tougher for states to drug test welfare recipients and a regulation that imposed permitting requirements on mining sites. These bills signed by President Trump utilized the Congressional Review Act, which allows Congress to nullify any rule or regulation created in the previous administration’s final six months.

That’s not so bad, but he’s been doing that stuff with his Pen and Phone, all most of those bills do is spend money.

The point is that none of them address immigration, Obamacare or pissing in Chuck Schumer’s Cheerios so they’re not Trump’s agenda.

 

The worst was all the ‘bi-partisan’ bills. Those always suck. They’re either fluff, lefty priorities or a declaration of war.

 

So we all saw CNN lie, realize this lie was above and beyond the call of idiocy, and retract the story. The retraction was the surprise for me, they usually just memory hole that shit.

The scandal surrounding CNN’s mishandling of a very fake news hit piece on President Donald Trump and his associates grows bigger on Sunday night as the network’s president Jeff Zucker and public relations team are refusing to comment to anyone…

Did anybody watch Howard Kurtz this weekend? Did he touch on this? I ask because when he was media watchdogging for the Wash Post and working for CNN he ignored another of their media-malpractice deals, I figure he ignored it again.

Cuz he’s a media defender, a sorta cut-rate Tom Sawyer, not a media watchdog.

I can help with this.

CNN’s president Zucker, both Breitbart News and BuzzFeed News have confirmed, is leading an internal investigation into what went wrong and who was responsible.

It was the head of CNN and every editor as well, who’ve all been encouraging lying hitjobs crediting anonymous sources that caused this. It wasn’t much worse than many other lies they’ve published lately so I really am surprised they didn’t just memory hole it or change it to, “Some say…” or something.

I will bet a dollar there’s a Winston Smith somewhere in CNN HQ saying, “See! I told you we should have just memory-holed it!”

 

This is winning!

Except for the last part, I see lots of stories claiming it’s happening and lots of stories claiming it’s a lie, but they’re all from 2009-2013.

If I had seen any recent stories I’d assume the global worming lefties were doing what they do best, lie to obfuscate the issue (see, global worming pause), but since I can’t find a recent article I figure it was, “We’re gonna sue him and it’s going to be awesome!!!!” sort of a deal.

When I teach math I always tell students they need to know what they know. They always think that’s stupid.

Then I ask them 1/4+1/4 and get blank looks. I ask them 3/4+2/4 and get blank looks. I ask them .4+.75 and get blank looks.

Then I ask them what a quarter plus a quarter is. They all know  it’s a 1/2 dollar or $.50. I ask them 3 quarters plus 2 quarters, they know it’s 5 quarters or $1 and a quarter or $1.25. They also all know that 40 cents plus 75 cents is $1.15.

They didn’t know what they knew. If you’re in a car and ask someone how long it’ll take to get where you’re going they’ll look at the speedometer, see 60mph, look at how far, 60 miles, and say 1 hour. If you ask them the same question on a math test you’ll get 60 hours, 1/2 hour, 30 miles and 45mph as answers. True story.

I’d say one of the biggest was creating countries full of enemies. Rwanda is the most extreme example of that, but look at Kenya. The rest of the tribes hate them and have hated them for centuries.

Another cause is that we give $billions to countries that go to the rulers who use it to buy palaces, Mercedes and tanks, not wells or adequate roads or power distribution.  Vicious, murderous warlords masquerading as gov’ts are what keeps Africa down along with cynical assholes who pay them off to get at the natural resources like diamonds, gold and all the other things Africa has in abundance. It’s cheaper to buy an African warlord than to do the same thing in Europe or the Americas or even Asia in many cases.

 

This one bothers me. We all know that Che was a horrible racist and he was Fidel’s buddy, but everybody pretends Cuba is not very racist as well as murderously commie.

I can take all the idiocy from every other Hollywood idiot, but Glover goes above and beyond the usual idiocy to agitate for a man who would kill him without a qualm or second thought if Glover were a resident of Cuba. Instead, he lives a life-style that 99.9999999999999999% of every human who ever lived could not even understand. Augustus called and said, “I wish I could live like Glover!”

 

Since China owns much of our Democratic media/entertainment political complex, we have to pretend that we don’t know that China is an empire that wants to expand. They do that by bribing local gov’ts (Like Obama’s for instance) to move in their own people and that pisses off Teh Peepul affected.

WARNING ADVISORY TO BORDER PATROL AGENTS IN RGV SECTOR

Recent events in Tamaulipas, Mexico, specifically in and around the city of Reynosa, pose a special risk to U.S. Border Patrol agents working in the region.

The Reynosa faction of the Mexican Gulf Cartel recently lost its leader and the group is engaging in open warfare with Mexican authorities and possibly with rival factions or other transnational criminal groups. Open source reports indicate gunbattles and use of grenades and other explosives in the fighting.

Border Patrol agents working the line in any station’s area of operations immediately across the largely open border from Reynosa, Mexico, are advised to employ extra caution in the performance of their duties. Stray rounds from firearms have previously injured U.S. law enforcement personnel on the border.

They had to worry about Obama’s gun running and now cartels, embolded and empowered by Obama’s porous borders, are now using hand grenades against American border agents.

And they still probably have the restrictive Rules of Engagement. I’m not saying they should be free-fire zones, but any threat should be treated quickly and overwhemingly. It’s unfair to them otherwise since they’re fighting people with fucking hand-grenades.

Floods don’t kill fire ants, they just move the colonies around a bit, according to Extension entomologists.

The ants join together by the thousands, trapping enough air to float on the water’s surface in a makeshift life raft and survive for days, weeks or even months until they find dry land again.

Remember when we had citywide units? A few hundred cops that the Department could call out for situations exactly like this? This event isn’t a secret – it’s been going on for years. Units like the old Task Force morphed into Gangs morphed into Special Operations, Targeted Response or Mobile Strike Force. Three-hundred cops who could have days off canceled at a moment’s notice along with District Gang/Tact teams gave the Department a force of 500 or so to deal something like this ..

Now CPD has 25 cars show up? For a crowd numbering 1,000? A crowd that’s been drinking and smoking all night without any interference from authorities? With (we’re betting) a few hundred guns? And nothing has been done for years? In a city that has abandoned the rule of law? What exactly are the police supposed to do?

That can’t end well. Rahm does not understand how to run a crime family like Chicago. He’s spending far too much of their money paying off his buddies while screwing over the city.

He’ll leave soon and everybody will say he failed but he will have siphoned off $billions for himself and his friends. The misery he leaves behind is not his concern. It’s a hallmark of Clintons and their istas after all.
