The Design Museum is an independent charity devoted to raising understanding of today's designed world, which surrounds and affects everyone.
Get an introduction to design in Designer Maker User and support the museum by visiting one of the temporary exhibitions or its specially-curated shops.
The Design Museum is located at 224-238 Kensington High Street, London W8 6AG and is open from 10.00 to 18.00 – last entry 17.00.
Design is a continually evolving subject - visit the museum to be inspired and informed by the exhibitions.
Make the most of your visit, buy one ticket and experience both temporary exhibitions at a discounted rate.
The building is free to enter and the permanent display, Designer Maker User is free. If you enjoy it, you can support the museum by leaving a small donation or visiting one of the shops.

The closest underground stations include High Street Kensington, Earl's Court and Holland Park plus Kensington/Olympia overground station.

A curated edit of the best in design with two exciting new stores. Open from 10.00 - 17.45. The Design Museum High Street Shop is also open 10.00 - 18.00 daily.
The Design Museum wants to inspire the next generation of creative thinkers and designers through regular events and activities aimed at children aged 5-11 years.
