It’s our goal to provide excellent customer service and we will strive to answer your request within 24-48 hours during business days!
How do I know what is support and what is a customization?
If you have any questions about how to add functionality to your website or change colors, fonts, etc… this would be considered a customization and we will not be able to help you. We would love to be able to help everyone with every question that comes through our door. However, in order for us to answer all of the tickets we receive, we focus on assisting you in setting up the theme like the demo site. At the same time, we will be adding more resources to our blog and support site for making customizations. So be sure to look around and search for articles using the search icon in the bottom right of your screen!
