Some missteps have rendered this a value play that I believe has good potential over the next couple of years.

As other people have noted, quartz is a really nice countertop material at a good price point. They have carved out a lot of market share between solid surface resin on the low end and granite on the high end. It seems like this trend towards quartz will continue, not only in the US but the rest of the world also.

I don't see Caesarstone as having big advantages over other quartz manufacturers like DuPont and Cambria. But that doesn't matter as much if the market is growing nicely.

Quality product, high margins, more affordable that less durable alternatives. Given low housing supply, wave of millennial that will begin marrying, shopping for homes, and upgrading them, it seems like a good time to pick up shares of the best counter maker in the area - especially given the long runway for growth domestically. The expansion of the Georgia plant will help, as will the partnership with millennial favorite IKEA.
