The American Foreign Service Association is happy to assist members of the media with questions regarding the Foreign Service, the work of foreign affairs agencies and federal workforce issues.

We have a number of useful resources for journalists and AFSA’s principals can be made available for on-the-record, off-the-record and background conversations with traditional media outlets. We are also happy to connect journalists with subject matter and regional experts when possible. We invite members of the media to follow AFSA on Facebook and Twitter for up-to-date information on issues of concern to the Foreign Service. Please let us know if you'd be interested in a complimentary subscription to our magazine, The Foreign Service Journal.
