Palestine was a geographic area without any sovereignty. Now this geographic area has 2 sovereign states which are Israel and Jordan.

I still can't understand what Israel is trying to do. They want a Jew to think that being Jewish is a national identity. Does that even make sense? So we go like that: hello Jew, hello Muslim, gm Buddhist, hey Christian. This is how the world would be following israel's example.

@authenticjew - There are many Orthodox Jews who believe in religious Zionism. Followers of Rabbi Kook for example. Being Torah observant, and being a Zionist, are completely compatible. And what's an "authentic Jew?" Those born to a Jewish mother are certainly "authentic."

Yes. Authentic is born to a jewish mothr but were discussing authenticity as in Torah observance. Rav Kook was a religious Zionist. Theyre Polar opposites. He went downhill by mimicking the Arabs&bringing bloodshed as the Chevron massacre. Bloodstained fingers. No authenticity.
