| Earth Quake Engineering Workshops. | | Proceedings of the National Level Workshops on Earthquake Engineering
Earthquake engineering in India requires fresh impetus on various
fronts. Development of curriculum with earthquake resistant design
components in the civil engineering and architecture programs in the
country is one important front. Also, earthquake engineering literature
is expensive and not easily accessible to all individuals in the
country. Workshops were held by NICEE to disseminate the available
literature to students and teachers in colleges across India. The
