He opened Piccolo in January 2010 to critical acclaim. In 2013, he and his wife opened a second restaurant, Sandcastle, on Lake Nokomis. With his newest venture Esker Grove, Flicker brings a layered sensory experience—taste, visual, texture, and aroma—to his artfully inspired food.
