I was commissioned by Tourism Toronto @SeeTorontoNow to photograph and write a travel article featuring attractions and minimalist spaces in Toronto.

I partnered with World Vision Canada on their No Child For Sale Campaign and travelled with their team to Bangladesh.
During our trip, we visited villages, factories and documented profiles of working children to exploit the issues of labour in Bangladesh and it's connections to North America.
Along the way, I told stories on Instagram to raise awareness of child labour in our daily life and the need for transparency in the Canadian supply chain.
The hope of this project was to encourage the public to sign a petition to change government laws regarding transparency in the supply chain, and create change by being conscious consumers.
The article was featured by the Wordpress editorial team and resulted in an increased awareness of the No Child For Sale Campaign. Images from the trip were also used for articles in the Huffington Post. Read the full story here.

Crate & Barrel is one of my favourite lifestyle companies and I love their collection of simple pieces and home wares.
This was a conceptual shoot where I froze a series of plants and photographed them in white plates. It's a concept that communicates the idea of celebrating daily items that are natural, functional and beautiful.
The series was shared on Crate & Barrel's social media channel to create awareness of their mission and brand.
Kings Kid's School & Children's Home is a child relief program funded by the Canadian Organization Children Arise in Canada. The focus of King's Kid's is to restore lost childhoods to children who are orphaned, underprivileged, abused, marginalized or affected by AIDS.
I spent 10 days on campus teaching classes and photographing the kids to tell stories and help spread awareness of their program through Instagram. It was a challenging project to work on but an amazing and eye opening experience that I won't forget too soon.
The story and photography was featured on the Children Arise website as well as in the travel stories section on Passion Passport to invite readers to visit India and volunteer at the NGO. Read more about the story on my blog here.
Originally from Singapore, Scanteak is a furniture company that offers beautifully designed Scandinavian inspired teak furniture that seeks to redefine simplicity and functionality.
With the launch of their first storefront in Vancouver, I worked with store owners Gary and Mandy to create a consistent look for the North American audience as well as spread awareness of the brand through Facebook and Instagram.
The photo shoot resulted in gained awareness of their storefront, a growing audience on social media @scanteakcanada and support from the local community of shops and businesses in Gastown.

In 2006, Bono and Bobby Shriver began paving the way for a new generation. An AIDS FREE GENERATION.
They founded (RED) with a simple mission—to make it easy for people and businesses to join the fight against the deadly virus.
Throughout the past decade, (RED) has raised $350 million with the help of their partners. 100% of the money from their products and events goes directly to work on the ground.
This was a (RED) charity dinner I documented in Vancouver, BC. The dinner was hosted by Nadia x Juno Kim Catering to raise awareness about (RED). It was a beautiful event with lots of good people and good food. All proceeds of the evening went to fund the charity.
I partnered with @Dovebeauty on their #AsLightAs campaign to raise awareness of their cucumber & green tea scented shower foam. Through imagery and story telling, I focused on sharing news about Dove's self-esteem education, where Dove is creating a world where beauty is a source of confidence, not anxiety.
I baked a three-layer green tea cake to help create an association for the #AsLightAs shower foam as well as a self portrait as part of the series.
