The NASS rate at the Westin Indianapolis is $132/night plus 17% tax. Book early to secure your reservation - rooms WILL sell out! Book reservation by June 16 to receive the NASS discount rate. 

Any cancellations, no-shows or early departures without 48-hours advance notice will result in the forfeiture of one night deposit.

Transportation

The Westin Indianapolis is approx. 13 miles from Indianapolis International Airport (IND). Taxi ride to/from the airport is approx. $35 one way. Uber and Lyft are also available at the Indianapolis International Airport. Self/valet parking at the hotel is $40-$45/daily. Valet parking includes in/out privileges. Please arrange your own ground transportation.

Exhibitor tables will be located in the Westin Grand Ballroom Foyer, providing continuous conference traffic adjacent to the meeting space. NASS will provide 6' table with tablecloth (no skirting) and two chairs. Booth space will be assigned after June 9, 2017. Space is limited to 20 exhibitors and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
