N. B.: The following article is the work of several researchers. Abrogate the secret Greada & Tau9 Treaties and end the Pedocriminal matrix on Earth US President Donald J. Trump's comfort level with abrogating international treaties makes him the perfect person to end the horror of child sex abuse and human trafficking that is haunting the globe. After cancelling US participation in the TPP and the Paris Climate Change Protocols, our new president has an opportunity to terminate the pedocriminal networks that currently dominate many governmental and religious institutions. Those familiar with the secret Greada Treaty of 1954 that President Eisenhower signed with the Draco reptilians and Orion Greys are probably also aware that it has been violated and abused by the ET participants and pedocriminal humans who have used its provisions to create a world-wide network of pedocriminals embedded in the highest echelons of power. This tragedy can be constrained and hopefully ended if President Trump keeps his repeated promises to deal with child sex trafficking and other abuses of children that he made during the campaign and recently. Both the 1954 Greada Treaty and the Tau-9 Treaty signed by President George H.W. Bush have resulted in massive criminal violations by various ET groups and pedocriminal human networks in a scandal that saturates major governments, the media and the Catholic Church. The recent Pedogate scandals highlighted this situation along with the continued spotlighting of abuse by priests, educators, coaches, and the entertainment industry. To the extent that these treacherous misdeeds by ETs and pedocriminal human networks have flowed out of the abuse of these two treaties, we call upon President Trump to step up boldly and abrogate them.
Abrogate This! End Pedocriminal Matrix & Remove ET Truth Embargo
Doing so now with the appropriate publicity and fanfare will not only help end the tragedy of child sex abuse, it will also serve as a major baby-step towards removing the ET Truth Embargo that has prevented Disclosure of their presence on Earth. In a major victory for all humanity, we invite the President to "Abrogate This!" by terminating the treaties and simultaneously promulgating Disclosure. Sign this Petition to the US President now to abrogate these Treaties and end the Pedocriminal horror on Earth. Thank you.

QUESTION by Alfred Lambremont Webre asks: "What is my interdimensional assessment of the reality, composition, objectives, and actions of the SPHERE BEING ALLIANCE?"

The ET Abductions of Jimmy Carter, Alfred Lambremont Webre & Andrew D. Basiago: A Path to a Positive Future for Humanity in Our Galaxy
ETs & Jimmy Carter: 1973 ET encounter & briefings with Jimmy Carter aboard UFO lead to 1977 Carter White House ET Study and future Andy Basiago US Presidency?
PEACE PORTAL ARCH, BLAINE, WA - May 30, 2017 - Former Stanford Research Institute (SRI) futurist Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, MEd, director of the 1977 Jimmy Carter White House Extraterrestrial Communication Study, reveals that briefings future President Carter, US Chrononaut Andrew D. Basiago, and Webre himself had aboard UFO spaceships lead to the 1976 Carter Presidency, creation of the 1977 White House ET Study that Webre directed, and a possible fiuture US Presidency of Andy Basiago, pre-identified by DARPA US time travel in 1971.
In MY JOURNEY LANDING HEAVEN ON EARTH, Author Alfred Lambremont Webre JD, MEd, a former Stanford Research Institute (SRI) futurist who is credited with founding the science of Exopolitics (Relations with ETs), publicly reveals his own February, 1973 multi-dimensional ET experience & "missing time" UFO abduction that launched him into his new field of study.
Now Author Alfred Lambremont Webre has gone public with a second Exopolitical revelation about his Close Encounters with Extraterrestrials. In an exclusive Open Timelines interview the Author reveals that that the Extraterrestrials behind his 1973 multi-dimensional interaction may have coordinated “missing time” briefings with himself and former US President Jimmy Carter aboard their UFO spaceships that led directly to the 1977 Jimmy Carter White House Extraterrestrial Communication Study of which the Author was director.
These are a series of new Exopolitical revelations Author Webre has made about his Close Encounters with the Extraterrestrials. In his book, Webre reveals that in 1973 Extraterrestrials launched him into his new Exopolitical field of study with a February 1973 multidimensional ET contact experience.
PEACE PORTAL, WA – In an interview with Randy Maugans & Emily Moyer of Off-Planet Radio, Alfred Lambremont Webre explores the Exopolitical Drivers of Pedocriminal Networks and presents a proposal to abrogate and renegotiate the Treaties entered into secretly by the US government with pedocriminal ET civilizations under the administrations of President Dwight D. Eisenhower and George HW Bush.
I: Established human trafficking in the solar system & galaxy as lawful & legal, until Greada Treaty is abrogated.
Provides the legal & institutional [Government, law enforcement, social services, religions, etc] for lawful human trafficking on Earth jurisdiction and outer Space jurisdiction.
Non-Disclosure is Legal and Lawful: classifications, need-to-know, confidentiality, compartmentalization, the covert operations of Government.
Marketing in body parts internationally by hospitals and private butchers is Legal and Lawful.
Marketing in sex slaves internationally (for DynCorp and other "defense" contractors) is legal and lawful.
Virtual Kidnapping and Marketing in social services, children removed from homes at risk is legal and lawful.
Virtual kidnapping and using humans for experimentation is legal and lawful.
We need new ET Treaty negotiations, and not just for commercial interests; but for Human Rights interests.[1]
OUTCOME 1: Make non-consensual human-trafficking illegal.
OUTCOME 2: Remove Doctrines and Dogmas promoting violence from religious holy texts that permit this as a social norm, and were originated by manipulatory interdimensional ETs promoting violence.
Reptilian Influence: Anunnaki have affected religion, society, politics and social norms.
OUTCOME 3: All this must be repealed, interdicted at the Source, by having Anunnaki Principals engage in and abrogate their interests in human trafficking, sex slavery, abductions and human experimentation, which is currently permitted by ET treaties such as the Greada Treaty & Others, including the TPP.”
PROPOSAL - This Proposal is based on a Proposal contributed by author Emily Windsor Cragg in email dated May 10, 2017 to Dr. Michael Salla, PhD [Hawaii] & Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, MEd [Canada]
VANCOUVER, B.C. - My Vancouver-based colleague Jon Kelly is an expert at backwards speech analysis, and he has been my guest on several radio programs at Vancouver Coop Radio CFRO 102.7 FMwww.coopradio.org, discussing applications of backward speech analysis to current events.
You can listen, for example, to Jon's discussion of the 2006 U.S. mid-term election through the medium of backwards speech analysis at: tinyurl.com/5qrw5t
Jimmy Carter & backwards speech analysis - "A potential Abductee"
Jon Kelly now raises a key question for Exopolitics in his recent American Chronicle interview (below), when he is asked:
"RNN: You have listened backwards to the speeches of people describing contact with space craft from other civilizations. What did you find out?
"KELLY: When President Jimmy Carter told reporters late last year that he didn't think flying saucers were the vehicles of space people visiting the earth, I played his speech in reverse and heard the words "Saucer. Went out naked. Going out. They'll put it in him". Although it was part of his campaign promise, this message made me wonder if the President had more personal reasons for sending Alfred Webre to SRI in the 1970's in order to release the government's secret research on extraterrestrials. From my reading of the message it describes Carter as a potential abductee."

Len Kasten – The Reptilian Plan to Divide and Conquer the Human Race By Alfred Lambremont Webre
VANCOUVER, BC – In an interview with Alfred Lambremont Webre, Author Len Kasten documents the Reptilian Plan to divide and conquer the human race from a platform in 4th density and Inner Earth , in alliance with specific Grey ETs.
Exopolitical overview of Reptilian plan
Len Kasten’s new book Alien World Order is an Exopolitical overview of the Reptilian plan: “Long ago, the Galactic Federation sent the Atlans, a fierce group of humans from the Pleiades, to Earth to confront the newest colony of the combative ever-spreading alien race known as the Reptilians. The ensuing battle sank the continent of Lemuria and drove the Reptilians underground beneath the Indian subcontinent as well as to Antarctica. Able to shapeshift to appear human, the Reptilians then infiltrated the Atlantean civilization, abducting humans and creating Reptilian hybrids. As Len Kasten shows, this technique of infiltration and hybridization prior to an all-out attack has been the hallmark of Reptilian conquest throughout the galaxy.
“Chronicling the history of the Reptilian Empire’s influence on Earth and their conquest of 21 star systems, Kasten reveals how the human race is enmeshed in a skillfully concealed plot to enslave humanity and exploit our planet’s physical and biological resources. Revealing Hitler’s pact with extraterrestrials and the Reptilian influence on the Nazi state, he shares new documents that disclose the rescue and rehabilitation of Nazi war criminals to assist in the Cold War, which then corrupted many U.S. government institutions. Focusing on crucial events in the decade after World War II, he examines the Reptilians’ human allies, the Illuminati, who control the levers of financial, technological, and military power throughout the world through various secret societies. He shows how Eisenhower’s treaty with the Greys, signed at Holloman Air Force Base in 1954, gave the aliens permission to take humans up to their spaceships, ostensibly for genetic study—in return for alien technology—and how these abductions led to the creation of a hybrid race under Reptilian mind control. He also explains how Kennedy was assassinated by the CIA because of his plans to rout out this Nazi–Reptilian presence.
“Contrasting the Reptilians with the benevolent Ebens, the aliens from Zeta Reticuli who crashed at Roswell, Kasten exposes the stealthy tactics of the Reptilians, their relationship with the Greys, and their advanced genetic bio-technology and teleportation abilities—as well as what we need to do to defeat their plans.”
“In Alien World Order, Len Kasten provides a coherent account of the history and imperialistic activities of Reptilian extraterrestrials on Earth and the Milky Way galaxy over millennia, using the work of Robert Morning Sky, Stuart Swerdlow, Alex Collier, and other primary sources. The scope of Reptilian influence over human elites and society is breathtaking and provides an explanation for many of the historical ills afflicting humanity. Kasten peels back the layers of secrecy even further to reveal the dire situation we collectively face today–where our political leaders are vassals for imperialistic Reptilian aliens–and the need for an informed citizenry to take back their sovereign destiny.” (Michael E. Salla, Ph.D., author)
