Leadership
Jess Taylor and David Foote met in 1996 while building a new gas transportation system for California’s Pacific Gas & Electric company. The bones of that system, which coordinates all natural gas movement throughout the PG&E territory, are still in use today. Their mutual interest in mobile technologies dates to the early 2000’s, and when the Apple SDK was launched in 2008, the time became right to band together with the goal of offering their years of experience to customers in search of creating new businesses using apps.
