wordWar is a competitive writing game that lets you challenge your friends to see who can get their first draft done fastest. It's a word sprint with rules and a virtual referee.
Guest users can set a temporary nickname and join games. Pro users can host their own games with custom word and time goals. A Pro account also keeps track of your statistics, total words written and average words per minute.
To get started, either enter a nickname and join a room or login to your Pro account on the left.

wordWar was designed to be used in the classroom. Get your students excited about writing, it's easy to set up a wordWar for your class. You only need one Pro license for your whole classroom, give your students the join URL and they can compete for free.
If you are a teacher and you cannot afford or cannot justify purchasing a Pro license, please fill out this form and I will help you out.
