How to transfer to the new VIP:

1. Cancel your Cleeng subscription and request a refund for any unused portion.
2. Sign up for the new VIP system at vip.tinykittens.com

IF YOU PAY MONTHLY THROUGH CLEENG:

You can cancel your Cleeng subscription and request a refund following these instructions.

IF YOU PAY YEARLY THROUGH CLEENG:

Cleeng won't issue a refund if it has been more than 30 days since you signed up and paid. Send an email to [email protected] with the date you paid Cleeng, the email address for your Cleeng account, and your paypal email address. We will be happy to send you a refund via paypal.

WHAT ABOUT PAYPAL?

We are working on a way to add paypal as a payment option. If you are only able to sign up with paypal, please email [email protected] so we can notify you when we are able to accept paypal.

PLEASE NOTE: The amount being charged in the new VIP is in US dollars since most of our VIPs are in the US. As exchange rates vary, members in other countries may see different amounts on their credit card statements. This is because the currency being charged is US, and your credit card company will do the conversion to your currency based on that day's exchange rate.
