    My new favorite (and probably overused) party trick is to use knitr::include_url("link_to_my_own_slides") to show a past/future slide FROM THE SAME slide deck in another slide 🤯 Makes it easier to show how to do side-by-side code/plot slides.

    Why you should only ever bake with weights

    My son was asking about the definition of "1 cup" in a recipe and good grief it's bonkers. So: in the US, volume measures are based on the gallon, which is the volume of a cylinder 6 inches high and 7 inches in diameter, rounded to the nearest cubic inch.

    🎄3 in 1 🎄 praise is a great 📦 for brightening up an day ☀️ rep(praise, 5) only gives us one type of praise - it evaluates before repeating. replicate(5, praise) gives us 5 different types of praise - it re-evaluates each time 🤫 secretly it's sapply 🤫
