Due to many recent spam attacks, I am turning off the support forum for now. If you have any questions or need any help, please email me directly: [email protected].
I have been making some improvements, such as upgrading the hardware running ArtCat, and adding a lightbox effect (zooming to larger images) to the Aurora theme for artists. If you are using Aurora, you can try out lightbox by visiting “general site info” and clicking the checkbox next to “Activate lightbox display”. I will be adding this to the other artist themes soon. If you wish to see an example of the lightbox, visit this page on Matthew Northridge’s site and click on the image. I recommend uploading at least 3000 x 3000 pixel images from now on if you want to take advantage of this feature.
Most gallery templates are customized, so I will be updating each gallery upon request over the next month.
Going forward, rather than send out a lot of emails, I will post to this blog when new features or improvements have been released. You can always click on the “support and blog” link on the management site to check the blog for recent updates.
