Hourglass Block tutorial - a basic method on how to make two hourglass blocks from two charm squares (5" squares).

Here is a tutorial for a simple 12.5" Maple Leaf block. (I’m helping to make quilts with these blocks, along with the Ottawa Modern Quilt Guild, for people affected by the wildfire in Fort McMurray, Alberta).

My Sewing Curves video tutorial on YouTube shows three different methods of piecing curves: pinning, one pin, and no pins.

I have a two-part English Paper Piecing tutorial - Part 1 covers basting and Part 2 covers sewing! I have focused on hexagons here, but the same methods can be used for other shapes, too!
