I officially no longer care about bad days. I shrug them off.
Really, who gives a shit?
All the time I see people get all wound up over little things, and I wonder, why do you worry about it?
I have gotten myself to the point mentally where little bullshit doesn't affect me.
I am pleased to announce that my first book will be available on amazon in about a week: ) This is my official cover from createspace.com, I am just waiting for the formatting to be finished....
Hello, My name is Captain Power, and I would like to discuss with you the newest, and most effective male birth control on the market today!FACT: Male birth control has been widely available in various forms all throughout history.
I like Texas! If you didn't know, I was just in Texas from March 14th to the 19th.
Texas reminded me of The United States in the late 80' and early 90's: people still get married early, dial up Internet is just starting to roll out (exception would be in Austin), and men still work very manly jobs that require either large trucks, oil rigs, or cattle.
The People: Texans are a funny bunch. When you first meet them they come across as being either slow or mentally r'tarded, but in reality they just have to warm up to you. Once they get comfortable with you they never shut the hell up. If a Texan starts up a conversation with you and you have a plane to catch, just call up the airline and cancel it.

As you all know, this week my first book "Work out, lose weight, and stop being single" was finally released on the kindle (free with amazon prime :)
I went ALL out this week marketing and promoting, and today I finally decided to take a break.
After dinner I signed on to check my amazon ranking and I was in SHOCK! My numbers had skyrocked on Kindle, and I had surpassed the classic "Make her chase you" by about 5,000 in ranking!
I immediately tried to sign into my kindle account, and for some reason it kept freezing.
AHA! I had broken the site down!
Hello all, I am jumping on the bandwagon and offering my book for free today! Please grab a copy and let me know what you think : )

In my opinion there is nothing more religious than having good health. I'm sick and tired of meeting so called, "religious people", that use Christianity as a crutch to defend their laziness.
Using religion as an alternative to exercise is a cope out, and it's a bullshit excuse. You need to workout consistently and take your health seriously for your entire life.
Almost half the bible talks about health and disease. There are numerous stories about lepers, disease, blind people, and infant mortality. The world didn't always have modern medicine and hospitals like we do today, and even in the year 1900 the life expectancy in the United States was only 50.
I plan on flying into Texas around St Patricks day in March, and eventually driving down to South Padre. What city do you guys recommend? Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio?
Thanks,
Captain P
This is a brief overview of my workout plan for at least the next several months. Keep in mind that I work full time 9-5, and I am also taking a class wed/thur nights from 6:30-9:30pm. Currently I have a trip planned to South Padre, Texas in March, and then Las Vegas in June for a bachelor party.
Generally I like to do weights 4-5x a week in the gym. I like to set concrete goals, such as 20 chinups, 295 bench press, etc etc. I like to go heavy in the 6-8 rep range, I've found that works the best for my body shape.
Monday: Bench press 2 sets after warmup. 2 sets of fly's, dips, or incline (I rotate this) 3 sets of forearms. 2-4 miles running outside
Tuesday: 3 sets of chinups (usually I add weights up to 45's) 2 sets of dumbbell or barbell shrugs. 3 sets of pulldowns. 2-4 miles running outside. Situps
Wendsday: Rest
