Your selection from the tree of life is now the root of the tree browser. Navigate the tree by clicking on available sub-groups to the right of your root, which can extend beyond species to include subspecies and strains. To backtrack to a higher taxonomic level, click on names to the left. You can also jump to a particular organism by searching for it (ex. Escherichia). The search box has an auto-complete functionality that will show available search terms. Only organisms for which there are SUFs are displayed.

To view the structures at any level, mouse over the name and right click to launch the gallery view. Clicking on a structure in a gallery will perform a query of the SBKB to provide a starting point for further study. Click the icon next to the gallery title to download the list of PDB IDs in an MS Excel-compatible format (CSV).

You can return to the top level of your current selection with "Go To Root". Return to the main Tree of Life image by clicking "Back to the Main Tree".
