Edens (I-94) Bus-on-Shoulder Begins
Pace Routes 620 and 626, which already travel on the Edens Expressway, began
using the right-hand shoulder of that highway on April 9. Pace and IDOT are
partnering to educate the motoring public about the presence of buses in that
shoulder. Training of bus drivers on that shoulder began Monday, March 12.
This project builds on the phenomenal growth in bus ridership along the I-55
corridor in the six years since bus-on-shoulder service was permitted there.

Help Make Bus Service Better Everywhere: Take the ABBG Survey Today
We are surveying transit riders as part of larger effort that involves
transit agencies from around North America. Your responses will help us evaluate
our own bus service and also compare results with the other participating
agencies across the country. By learning from other agencies, we can work
toward giving you even better service. We're interested in hearing from you
whether you use the buses frequently, occasionally, or even if you ride the
bus rarely. Most respondents complete the survey in 3-5 minutes.
