Thanks Jenn!
View Instructable »Honestly, I have no idea. My kids descended on them like a plague of locusts, and not a single jar survived :) I would guess a week or so, but that is purely a guess. Maybe a LOT longer.

View Instructable »The only change you would need to make in order to use splenda (or even no sweetener at all) would be the pectin. Use the Pectin marked "no sugar" rather than the standard pectin, and the results are awesome.

View Instructable »Oh yes, real lemons are perfect for it! I normally use them, I just had a hard time sourcing them this time. (And that's sad, because I live in Florida...lol) It has very little if any lemon flavor honestly. Just a hint of citrus that you can't really identify, thanks to the cilantro. (It really hides the lemon really well.)

View Instructable »so far i have made grape and apple with no issues at all, so i assume you are correct, any juice will do. I'm going to try sweet red wine for my next batch, just because. ;)

View Instructable »No, not really. That's just the variety I normally grow because I like the yield they give me in the garden. Any variety can be used, just make sure you drain the liquid and remove most of the seeds well. :)

It's actually much thicker than it looks, that toast is just wicked hot. And the taste..... sooo much better than store bought. I made a batch of concord grape jelly from juice recently, I cant even put into words how awesome it was!
Here you go :)
