Thanks for checking it out
Thanks!! Yep, I've been doing this since I was a teenagers, so I'm happy to share with everyone what I've learn through the years so they can build the same!
Nope, not yet but I'm going to be doing that soon. Actually, if you look back at the original build of the top unit, that hung off the back of the workbench enough to run a dust collection line behind it and up through the cabinet into the miter saw station unit. I never ended up doing that since I was only in that shop for a year, but my plan is to just run a pipe along the top of the cabinet and popping it in through the top of the miter saw station unit now.

I didn't install DC in the unit yet, but I'm going to be doing that soon. Actually, if you look at the back of the top unit, it hangs off the back of the workbench enough to run a dust collection line behind it and up through the cabinet into the miter saw station unit. I have sense moved from this shop though and am planning on a new DC configuration in the new shop.
View Instructable »Let's recap what I provided you entirely for free:1. Build video showing the details of the cabinet boxes2. Build video showing the details of the drawers3. Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the videos!
Thanks! I've actually been using this for a year now and am just getting around to properly documenting it hana. I was a little sceptical about those at first too but it doesn't look like I'll have to replace any of them any time soon

1. This is in fact an instructable, I've provided full instructions, documentation, and even several full build videos of the build process that have taken countless hours of my life to produce.2. It's not really a disguise, I'm perfectly up front with the plans. All the info is right there in the link so if I'm trying to disguise it I'm doing a pretty bad job :)

Thanks!! The spalting was such a great find! Probably caused by whatever make the branch fall off the tree, but that's good with me :)
Awesome!! :D I love this one too, not the highest quality, but such a fun video and brings me back to autumn every time that I watch it.

Thanks so much for the love Sam!
I haven't filled up the barrel yet, but I'll be curious to see if that changes anything. Gut feeling is that it won't effect it much because sawdust isn't super heavy and this thing is really steady the way the base is constructed and with the extra weight from the concrete in the base.
Thanks Alex!
View Instructable »I liked it up top because it was right at eye level for me and was the most convenient spot for accessibility for me, but also for running the hoses between the different units.

View Instructable »These are just intended for display, BUT the danger of pallets has been very over-inflated. Methyl bromide pallet treatment is what people mostly worry about, but that is rarely used these days when almost all pallets are heat treated instead (you just have to look for the HT stamp like these had on them). The second concern is chemicals spilling on the pallets, but if you find clean pallets, you generally have nothing to worry about. Double check and make sure that you know they are only used once so they're clean or alternatively custom sized pallets are almost always single use and easy to find. Plus, after all that, shaving off the outer layer gets rid of all of the grime and the concentration of anything left is negligible. Ultimately these are for display use only anyway so we hav...
