ACC chief maintains push for bigger F-35 buy

Outgoing Air Combat Command chief Gen. Herbert Carlisle on Friday reiterated his position that the Air Force should ramp up its F-35A buy rate to 60 jets per year as soon as possible, despite calls from others within the service to maintain the planned rate through fiscal year 2022.

Pentagon seeks advanced technology demos for FY-19 budget
