  • What are the differences between the free version and the purchased one? +

    The free user can enjoy the complete features of desktop app except for output limitation on software, and there will be Focusky watermark embedded on published presentations. Meanwhile the free user can't apply the advanced features of Focusky online system.

  • Can I use ONE account on different computers? +

    Yes, your account isn't bound to your computer, you can use one account on different computers.

  • Can I use Focusky for Free? +

    Absolutely! Our Free plan has many great features, including the Professional Editor, which can be used to create and enrich presentations. And guess what? The Focusky Cloud will host your presentations forever, You may use this account FOREVER!. More see Focusky free version

  • How can I get rid of the watermark? +

    You can remove the watermark by paid subscription. Premium users including Standard, Pro and Enterprise users can remove the Focusky logo directly.

  • Can I view the created presentations offline? +

    Yes, you can publish the presentations to local computer as HTML or Video, and open the HTML5 file in the browser, then you can view the presentations without Internet connected!...

  • Is it possible for others to manage my online presentations using their own accounts? +

    Yes, you can choose Professional or Enterprise Plan. By choosing Professional, your presentations can be accessed and managed by 3 different accounts; while Enterprise Plan allows 10 accounts to manage the created online presentations.

  • Is there a limitation on the number of presentation slides, hosted presentations or uploads? +

    There is no limitation on the number of slides in a presentation, and the number of hosted presentation or upload.

  • Does the reader need to install Focusky to view my presentation? +

    No, they don't. You can publish your presentation in different formats, but to open them on PC doesn't require Focusky installed, if you want to view on mobile, then Focusky App is required.

  • Does Focusky support import from both *.ppt and *.pptx? +

    Yes, both *.ppt and *.pptx files are supported.

  • What are the system requirements for using Focusky properly? +

    In order to view Focusky.com correctly we recommend Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari. Focusky.com will work on Microsoft IE9 and IE8 too. Also, you must have JavaScript enabled and the latest Flash Player version (you can get it from here). For mobile devices you will need the latest versions of iOS and Android..

  • Is Focusky suited for web development work? +

    Yes. Focusky templates are 100% customizable, making them a smart solution for web developers..

  • Where are the presentations stored? Is my data secured? +

    By using Focusky Upload Service, you are to agree to store your presentations on Focusky Server, and you can make your presentations available online without hosting a website. And Focusky Upload Service employs Amazon S3 Service to store your presentation data, which can better protect your data from losing and leaking.

  • Where is your office? +

  • What will happen after I complete the order? +

    An email with your order details, including Payment Amount, Payment ID and Order ID will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Is my order secure? +

    PayPal is a global e-commerce business that allows payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. And our payment is done via PayPal which provides secure and convenient online payment service. PayPal keeps your money safe and keeps your personal information private.

  • How long does the license last? +

    This depends on your license type and purchased plan, the license will last during the period of lease, for more details, please refer to the buying center

  • What about the charge of Focusky service? +

    An email with your order details, including Payment Amount, Payment ID and Order ID will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Can I change the plan? +

    Sure. You can stop the lease or change the plan anytime, but we don't get you refund for the current month.

  • Do I need to pay additionally for Support, Upgrade and Cloud? +

    No, you don't need to pay any additional cost for Support, Upgrade and Cloud Hosting, you just need to pay for the Plan monthly/yearly, or pay one-time fee for the Enterprise Plan.

  • What will happen to my presentations if I stop paying for the plan? +

    Once you cancel the service, the presentations you created during the renting period will not be active and our system will keep them for a long period of time. If you want to continue to use your presentations, please subscribe our service again.

  • How to activate the Paid version? +

    After you pay for any Focusky service, our system will automatically confirm your order and activate your account, no license code needed. Once the order is done successfully, then you just need to launch the software and login your account to enjoy the service.

  • Do you offer an option of white labeling? +

    We provide "White label" option for paid user. More see Focusky Price.

  • How many presentations can I publish? +

    There is no limit on the presentations you may have. You are free to publish as many content as you wish.

  • What happens to presentations if I cancel my plan? Do people still see the presentations? +

    If you cancel your account your presentations still remain online but stop being accessible from mobile devices and tablets.

  • Can I use my presentations on multiple websites? +

    Yes, you can publish it everywhere.

  • How do I embed a presentations into my blog or website? +

    It's very easy to embed the presentations you created with Focusky. Just create your presentations and when you're finished, click "Publish" and in "My Work" page, click on the "Embed code" option and copy the generated HTML code. Paste the code in any HTML-supporting medium, such as your website or blog admin. If you make changes to your presentations, the changes are instantly visible where the flipping book is already embedded. You don't have to copy and paste the new embedded code, unless you have changed the size of your presentations.
