Test Form of Meeting Request Form for Advisory Neighborhood Commissions or Other Community Groups
- Meeting must be requested 3 weeks (15 business days) in advance of the meeting, providing enough time for DDOT to prepare for the discussion. DDOT may not attend those meetings where the requests were not received at least 3 weeks (15 business days) in advance.
- Please enter an agenda if prepared (draft or final).
- Request will be sent to DDOT’s Community Engagement Unit for processing and the requestor will receive a response within 5 business days.
