I have been working closely with Donna Salazar for the past year, and it has been pure pleasure! Last week we spent 5 days at a trade event in Salt Lake City. We had the best time! She is not only super creative, but sweet and fun to be around. I just hope some of her genius will rub off on me!
This tag is a reflection of many techniques I have learned from Donna, and I hope you like it!
The larger roses were die cut with the Pennant Set. I adhered the fabric to cardstock with Adhesive Sheets first, to give it stability. Then I added E-Z Dots® Repositionable to the petals, then gently rubbed on Blue and Pink Pigment Powders.
The centers are Canvas Ribbons, twisted and rolled. All layers adhered using Dodz XL™. The white ribbon is the Organza from Texture Ribbons, folded and heated to make it shrively.
The tag is embellished with more E-Z Dots® Repositionable, randomly placed, rubbed with Blue and Brown Pigments. I added 3D Foam Swirls, with Blue Pigment Powder, and then tied a knot at the top with the scalloped ribbon from Denim Ribbons.
