Taku Harada
CEOTaku founded Orinoco together with his former colleagues at Amazon, and has served as its CEO since its inception. Taku also held the position of Representative Director and CEO of YOOX Japan until August 2009. Prior to YOOX, Taku held various positions at Amazon Japan including head of its mobile and online marketing divisions. He also launched the iTunes Music Store in Japan while at Apple in 2005 and led its marketing team. Taku began his career at Sony Music Entertainment’s international business affairs division in Japan. He holds a B.A. from Yale University.

Naofumi Iwai
Co-FounderNaofumi oversees all operations and is also working on several e-commerce development agreements with partner companies. Prior to joining the Orinoco team, Naofumi led Disney Internet Group’s e-commerce division for Japan where he oversaw all aspects of the business including site production, merchandising, marketing, logistics and customer care. He also managed the home & kitchen category and Marketplace teams at Amazon Japan. Naofumi holds a B.A. from Waseda University and a M.B.A. from the University of Arizona.

Yuji Fujita
Co-Founder / VP of Global SalesYuji is responsible for content and client acquisition for the Wikitt business. Prior to joining Orinoco, he was the youngest manager at Amazon Japan’s Services team, focusing on client acquisition for its Marketplace division. Yuji holds a B.A. from Keio University.
