There were a number of other similar or related activities that [Submittable] has worked with that reached our target audience.

Our biggest challenge before Submittable was tracking applications, manually entering data, reviewing documents, and preparing for panel review with online forms that required printing. After this year, we’ll no longer need paper archives.

If we’re putting something new up … I’ll have it done within an hour. Before [Submittable] it would have taken a couple days’ worth of planning.

With less time spent on managing touchpoints for applicants and reviewers, [using Submittable] we’re able to look at the global, holistic view of the program.

Submittable was much more affordable and more user-friendly. And the customer service has been incredible.

Because Submittable is such an industry standard, we made the decision to completely switch over from paper applications.
