Above mentioned charge of Fiber Router is rental only. The Router should be returned if the service is discontinued.

Refundable deposit will be returned only upon returning the Router.

The rates are inclusive of basic support plan (Rs.550), which provides unlimited 24-hour phone support and one monthly home visit during business hours when required. Additional home visits will be charged at Rs.300 per visit. Subscription charge of Rs.3000 is applicable, but waived with basic support plan.
